What I enjoy most about coaching is sitting down with you to understand where you are today, what’s worked for you so far, and where you want to go, and then mapping the path together. And I’ll be honest with you (sometimes a little too honest, sorry in advance 😅) about what’s possible, and in what timeline.

Most people miss that second part.

Is anything possible? Yes.

Is it always possible in your timeline? Maybe, maybe not.

Like, can I lose 40 lbs? Yes.

Can I do it in 2 weeks? No. (Maybe not even in 2 months, right?)
